Hosted by two beauty industry luminaries, Winnie Awa (Founder & CEO Carra, AI driven personalisation platform for textured hair, British Beauty Council DEI Co-Chair and Glamour Power List Panel) and Charisse Kenion (Leading Beauty Journalist, Podcaster and Photographer), Hair Talks is an ongoing series of conversations on the beauty and complexity of Textured Hair.
Taking place right at the heart of culturally significant Brixton and in partnership with the esteemed Brixton Village, Hair Talks presents a dedicated space for meaningful dialogue – through raw, fresh and illuminating conversations, we’ll commune and share our collective experiences.
On this opening night, we will be dissecting notions of hair love and acceptance. Consider this a safe judgement free space for real talk. No subject is taboo. Hair talks is a place for learning, sharing and listening. Everyone is welcome!
